Each session will use the most effective training, techniques and equipment with accountability to achieving the desired outcome. I've delivered thousands of hours of 1 on 1 training and know how to get results from everybody."

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Expert coaching and a training experience that is completely focused on your results in my private, purpose built studio. (Home visits available, location dependent)

GROUP TRAINING

Personal training split between two with a similar goal in the TWF Studio. Ideal for couples or friends.

ONLINE COACHING

An extensive training plan with 24/7 guidance and video support. All through my online platform and app.

As an older man in my 50s, I hadn’t exercised for about 5 years and had lost a lot of muscle mass and put on a lot of weight. I was struggling to walk up stairs! Tom has to be the most motivating trainer. Sometimes I must have driven him insane because I was such a RELUCTANT exercise person. But he never lost patience was always kind and gentle- and never got impatient with my psychological battles. He is one of the only trainers who includes stretching, Warm up, aerobic and then the muscle gain exercises in EACH session. He really really is awesome. After only a few sessions I was racing up and down the stairs. I made enormous gains thanks to his expertise and knowledge but for me it’s the personality and genuine person that Tom is.
