I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom for 2 years and achieved a lot and got into the best shape I'd ever been as a 50 year old female. Not only did I drop from 62 kg to 52 kg, I even contemplated and succeeded at 2 x Spartan Sprint's coming 23rd for my age group at my first attempt - a challenge I would never have considered doing prior to training. With his gentle coaxing, challenging workouts and a watchful eye I learnt to eat the right foods at the right times for the right activities, build strength and discipline to create a healthier lifestyle. I had never worked 1:1 with a male PT but my apprehensions were dissipated instantly by Tom's considerate, mild-mannered, results focused approach - It was an amazing 2 years!

Tom is a fantastic trainer - he brings his experience of elite level competition to bear with his clients, but in a way that is personalised for your goals and abilities. Tom is a great coach. I’ve been training with him for many years throughout which I’ve had different things to aim towards. These have included training to feel confident in my wedding dress, weight loss after children and in recent years more specific CrossFit training including weight lifting and gymnastics. Tom has a very positive coaching style and I feel he always knows how to push me and help me reach my goals. I would highly recommend him as a PT and looking forward to continue working with him for years to come and for him to help me improve further in my strength and fitness journey.

Tom is a great coach who has worked with me as my ability has progressed and throughout the recovery of several injuries. He is knowledgeable about adapting training based on age, strength and limitations which has allowed me to improve much faster than just following a standard program. Tom is hugely knowledgeable about all crossfit and olympic lifting movements and really drills down into minor adjustments and areas of weakness to help me strive for perfection. He brings intensity even to movements which are focussing on technique, improving fitness without even realising! Tom constantly varies the moves and exercises worked on even when maintaining one focus, always keeping the sessions interesting. On top of our sessions, Tom is always prepared in advance and provides great advice on what to do when training alone. I highly recommend Tom for amazing PT sessions and programming, especially if you want to bring intensity and see quick improvements .
